Šiuo Jūs ir viešbutis susitariate dėl kambario nuomos sąlygų. Jeigu nėra sudaryta kita sutartis, bus taikomos žemiau išdėstytos sąlygos. Grupių užsakymams yra taikomos specialios sąlygos.

Užsakymo patvirtinimas
Jeigu pasirinktos kainos /pasiūlymo aprašyme nėra nurodyta kitaip, visi užsakymai turi būti garantuoti kreditine kortele ir bus laikomi galiojančiais iki kitos dienos po atvykimo 12:00 valandos. Užsakymas bus patvirtintas tada, kai gausite raštišką užsakymo patvirtinimą. Atlikdami užsakymą, turite nurodyti savo vardą ir pavardę, gimimo datą, telefono numerį, adresą, atvykimo ir išvykimo datas. Jūsų asmeninė informacija reikalinga tam, kad pagreitintume įsiregistravimo procesą bei panaudotume teisingo profilio duomenis, jei toks jau yra duomenų bazėje. Kadangi kainos/pasiūlymai gali turėti apribojimas ir kitokias taisykles, atidžiai perskaitykite detalų kainos/pasiūlymo aprašymą.

Atvykimas ir išvykimas
Svečiai viešbutyje laukiami atvykstant nuo 14:00. Svečių išvykimo laikas iki 12:00. Išsiregistruoti iš viešbučio reikia iki 12:00 val. Dėl vėlesnio išvykimo ar bagažo palikimo galimybių prašome kreiptis tiesiogiai į viešbučio registratūrą. Vėlyvam išvykimui yra taikomas papildomas mokestis. Jei planuojate atvykti vėliau nei 18:00 val., prašome apie tai informuoti iš anksto, kitu atveju – Jūsų užsakymas gali būti anuliuotas.

Anuliacija ir neatvykimas
Anuliacijos sąlygos yra įvairios ir priklauso nuo kainos/pasiūlymo, kurį jūs pasirinkote užsakymui, todėl atidžiai perskaitykite kainos/pasiūlymo aprašymą. Jeigu aprašyme nenurodyta kitaip, užsakymas gali būti anuliuotas iki atvykimo dienos 14:00 valandos. Laiku neanuliavus ar neatvykus, nuo jūsų kreditinės kortelės bus nuskaičiuota suma, lygi užsakymo pirmos nakties kainai. Jeigu viešbutis turės kitų išlaidų, susijusių su jūsų konkrečiu užsakymu, jūs turėsite jas kompensuoti. Viešbučio įsipareigojimai Jeigu viešbutis neturi galimybės suteikti jums užsakyto kambario, jums be papildomos priemokos priklauso to paties standarto kambarys kitame, tos pačios kategorijos viešbutyje.

Nerūkymo taisyklė
Kambariuose ir viešbučio bendro naudojimo patalpose rūkyti draudžiama. Jeigu svečias pažeidžia šitą draudimą, viešbutis turi teisę jam skirti baudą.

Papildomas svečias kambaryje
Sofa-lova trečiam asmeniui: vaikui iki 7 metų apsistojimas kartu su tėvais (be papildomos lovos) – nemokamas. Vaikams nuo 3 iki 12 metų – 10 Eur/ parai, vaikams nuo 13 metų ar trečiam suaugusiam (nuo 18 metų) – 20 Eur/ parai.

Automobilių aikštelė
Automobilį nakčiai galima palikti viešbučio automobilių aikštelėje nemokamai.

Apmokėjimas
Už viešbučio paslaugas galima atsiskaityti vietine valiuta, atvykus į jį. Viešbutis taip pat priima pagrindines kreditines/debetines korteles. Kai kurie kainų pasiūlymai turi būti apmokėti iš anksto, todėl atidžiai perskaitykite detalią kainos/pasiūlymo informaciją. Iš anksto sumokėta suma bus išskaičiuota iš sąskaitos galutinės sumos. Jeigu jūs laiku neanuliuosite užsakymo ar neatvyksite, viešbutis turi teisę pasilikti užsakymo/ išankstinį mokestį.

Svarbu: Įsiregistravimo metu svečiai turi pateikti galiojantį asmens tapatybės dokumentą su nuotrauka ir kredito kortelę. Atkreipiame dėmesį, kad ypatingų pageidavimų įvykdymas negarantuojamas ir gali kainuoti papildomai.

special agreements have been made, the following rules apply.

Booking and confirmation
Unless the rate you have chosen has different rules, all reservations should be guaranteed with a credit card and will be held until next morning 12 a.m. The booking has been confirmed when you have received a booking confirmation. When making a booking, you are required to state your name, date of birth, phone number, address, arrival and departure date. Your personnel data is asked to speed up the check-in process and match your profile if there exists already one. Different restrictions and rules may apply for different rates, see detailed rate information.
Arrival and departure
Room check-in is from 14.00. Check-out is until 12.00 noon. All departuires after 12 noon will be considered as late departure with additional charge. Please check for details with Reception desk. If you are planning to arrive after 18.00, please inform our Reception desk in otherwise your reservation may be canceled.
Cancellation and no arrival
Cancellation rules vary depending on the rate at which you made your booking, read the detailed rate description carefully. Unless the rate you have chosen has different rules, cancellations can be made until 2 p.m. on the arrival day. If you fail to arrive without cancelling in advance or if you
cancel after 2 p.m. of arrival day you will be charged for one night. If the hotel has incurred costs specifically related to your booking, you must reimburse these.
The hotel’s obligations
If the hotel cannot give you a room as agreed, you are entitled, at no extra cost, to the same category room at a hotel of an equivalent standard.
Non smoking rule
Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is completely prohibited in the hotel premises, including hotel rooms and balconies. If a guest breaches the smoking ban, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest for ensuing costs.
Parking
Hotel has free parking in front of the hotel.
Extra guest in the room
Sofa-bed for 3rd person is for additional cost: children below age 7 staying in the same room (without extra bed) with their parents – free of charge. Additional bed for children between 3 and 12 years of age – 10 Eur / night, children aged 13 years and over, and third adult (aged 18 and over) with an extra bed – 20 Eur / night.
Payment
In general, the hotel bill must be paid on receipt, in local currency, usually on arrival at the hotel. Hotel accepts the most common credit/debit cards. For certain room rates payment in advance is required, therefore carefully read the detailed rate information. The amount prepaid will be deducted from the final bill. If you cancel the room after the cancellation deadline, the hotel is entitled to retain the booking fee/advance payment.
